1. Who we are

Crypto Charts TV ("we") is offered by [company name], located at [address], company registration [number], email support@cryptocharts.tv. These terms apply to the use of the Crypto Charts TV app and the website.

2. The service

We display crypto prices and charts for information purposes. The prices shown come from external sources and may be delayed or inaccurate.

The information is not financial or investment advice.
Decisions you make based on the app are your own responsibility.

3. Trial period

New TVs receive a one-time free 7-day trial. The trial is tied to the device. After the trial, a one-time payment is required to keep using the app.

4. Price and payment (one-time — no subscription)

Access costs a one-time €9.99 for 12 months, or a one-time €24.99 for an unlimited period ("Lifetime"), including VAT.
There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. When a 1-year access period ends, you decide whether to pay again.
Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe.
One payment gives access on one TV. An additional TV requires an additional payment. If you replace your TV, you can move the license free of charge via your account.

5. Right of withdrawal

Because of immediate digital delivery, the statutory right of withdrawal may lapse once the service has been used. If you have a problem, contact us at support@cryptocharts.tv — we'll sort it out together.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by inaccurate or delayed prices, or by interruptions of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may change these terms and the price. We will announce important changes in advance. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
